Lounging with Love To Dress

Never thought I'd say this but I'm so proud to be wearing one of my good friend's design. Asma' has done so well for Love To Dress and I couldn't be happier for her!

She created a line of comfortable yet chic separates for lounging purposes that you can wear straight out of bed. I'm wearing their Raglan Bell Sleeves top and I absolutely LOVE the sleeves. The detail is just spot on and the stretchy yet structured material is the perfect combination.

I can lounge all day in this with my cup of coffee, a good book and a must, always, candles.

You can now shop their Lounge collection on FashionValet.com

Embroidery Love

Currently in love with everything embroidery at the moment. I saw this dress in Zara while I was window shopping, yes JUST window shopping, and it was staring right back at me. I couldn't help it, I knew I had to bring this baby home and of course, I did. It was a beautiful moment and there were no regrets at all! (Maybe my husband's wallet cried a little)

The details are so spot on and I love how the black base of the dress brings out the rich colours of the embroidery even more.

I was so excited to wear this dress out that I wore it out for dinner the same day I bought it. Because the dress was already so loud, I paired it with a statement bag and a simple pair of sandal heels. And voila!

Weekend Coffee Run Gear

One of my favourite things to do during the weekend is to go out and grab me a good cup of coffee. You may or not may not know this, but I'm currently in Darwin and will be here for while so I'm in the process of checking out some local cafes here.

Picked up my coffee from Sweet Brew & Co in this easy breezy ensemble. The weather here is AMAZING compared to Melbourne. It's summer all year round! I opted for a cute pair of shorts, my usual loose cami and a pair of comfy sneakers. Oh and not forgetting my trusty DVF bag - my best purchase from NYC last year.

Top - Topshop , Shorts - Delphine The Label, Shoes - Wittner, Bag - DVF , Watch-Nicole Sienna, Sunglases - Dior Technologic

Staples

What I Wore: Leather Jacket - Valleygirl AU, Top - Topshop, High Waisted Jeans-Topshop, Shoes - New Balance, Bag - Celine

I think for every girl, there will always be a staple outfit lying in their closet that they can wear at any time, any day. For me it's definitely a good pair of skinny jeans, a basic white top and some comfy yet chic sneakers. Throw in a statement jacket and I'm out of the house. This is also my usual outfit when I'm travelling and I know there will be lots of walking. The last thing you want is uncomfortable shoes to ruin your trip.

My New Balance has followed me everywhere for almost 8 months now! I swear they are the comfiest sneakers out there.

What are your staples?

Rose Gold Accessories

Rose Gold accessories have been my go to items whenever I want to complete a look. Even my wedding band is in rose gold! I just couldn't resist it.

Currently loving Marc Bale's Rose Gold Mesh Watch. It goes perfectly well with my other rose gold accessories that you can see me wearing in the pictures below. I paired it with The Peach Box's Pearl Embrace Bangle and my Tory Burch cuff.

You can get one of these beautiful watches at 15% discount by using my code - KIM_LEOW .

Stripes & Twist

What I Wore : Leather Jacket - Zara, Top- Melbourne Apparel Co, Shorts - Zara, Shoes - Dotti, Bag - LV Twist

Two things that I'm currently loving in my wardrobe right now - anything stripes and this LV twist bag in red! I've been eyeing on this bag since FOREVER. So happy it's in my hands now. Yay! Apparently it was the last one in Japan and I just had to get it.

I also recently found this local Melbourne brand called M.A.C - Melbourne Apparel Co which sells the BEST basics at affordable prices. Best thing is, it's locally made! I was not sponsored by them, I just happened to stumbled upon them after lunch in Abbotsford. If you're in Melbourne, definitely check the shop out:
