Travel {Photos} : Knightsbridge London
Knightsbridge is located in the West of London or pretty much where Harrods is. You'll see lots of tourists and nice fancy apartments in this area. There were too many tourists for my liking that's why I only walk the streets early in the morning or late at night after dinner. The first week was spent mostly in this area just walking around looking for food. Thank God for PAUL and Starbucks cause they are the only ones open at 7.30 in the morning. No thanks to jet lag I wake up at 5 a.m in the morning and I get sleepy around 3 p.m. Booo! The tasty pastries at PAUL and yummy Pumpkin Spiced Latte did help me get through the horrible jet lag though. I love walking the streets in the early morning and late at night to capture some shots. It's so peaceful and calming for me. I think I've found my therapy to release stress. :)
The last picture was captured by my good friend Alia who's currently residing in London. You should've seen the pictures my mom offered to help me take at the very same spot. Oh dear. That's all I can say. But kudos to my sweet mother for trying so hard. She really is the sweetest. :)
Stay tuned for more travel pictures!
Happy weekend everybody!
Travel {Photos}: Loving London
Hi everyone! Another short post on what I've been up to in London. As you can tell, I am overly obsessed with my peonies I recently bought them from Columbia Road's Flower Market in East London. They are just too pretty and I can't help but to snap away. I've also been obsessed with Indian food and chai latte here in London. The above picture of the chai latte is from a hip Indian restaurant called Dishoom in East London as well.
I'll be heading to Paris tomorrow for a few days and I can't wait to take pictures of the romantic city and share it here.
Have a great mid week everybody!

Thank God they open at 6.30a.m and also for their yummilicious pumpkin spiced latte! It is so so good! I can't wait to share more pictures in this humble space of mine!

Travel {Photos} : Road Trip to Ipoh
Location:
Ipoh, Perak
Stumbled upon this picturesque cafe in Ipoh recently during a random road trip for my birthday with J. I love spontaneous getaways. Those are the best kind of getaways because you don't expect and just go with the flow. There are still so many places in my home country that I have yet to explore. Will definitely have more road trips if I get a chance to.
We spoke to the friendly owner of this cafe, Mr. Lim, hehe. Apparently he is also renovating the slot next door (which used to be famous bank) and converting it to a boutique hotel. We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek of the place and a private tour by Mr. Lim and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. I can already imagine how beautiful the place will turn out. I can't wait to check it out once it's ready sometime early of 2014.
Hope you've enjoyed this set of pictures.
Have a great weekend everyone!
