L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival 2011

I have planned to go to one of the LMFF runway shows earlier this month but due to work overload I've forgotten to book tickets and now it's TOO LATE to secure tickets for the shows that I wanted to go.

The only one available now is the Men Fashion Show and it's at 10.30pm. FML :(

*sigh*

The first time I went to LMFF was back in 2008 and I blogged about it here.

In 2009, we did go for a show (I think it was the Target Red Rocks Runway) but we were late and missed most part of the show but luckily we didn't miss the ending. (Cheryl, the ticket holder, was late *ehem*)

On a random but related note, we saw Disney Chanel's Jien sitting in the front row.
He was my high school crush! We wanted to get a picture with him but he was too busy interviewing people.


Last year I didn't get to go to any of the runway shows because I was back in KL for my long summer break but managed to go to the L'Oreal Powder Room to get a mini pamper session and get some freebies!

This year I think I'll only get to go to the L'Oreal Powder Room. However, I've managed to book 2 tickets to the Marie Claire & L'Oréal Paris Beauty Workshop at Sofitel Hotel on Friday and entry tickets for the Fashion Weekend on Sunday!

No runway shows but at least there's some shopping to do :)

The Fashion Weekend will be held in Docklands and there will be lots of designer items at discounted price. Similar to the one I went to during Lifestyle Fashion & Music back in 2009. There will be brands like Arabella Ramsay, See By Chloe and House of Harlow just to name a few. I can't wait to check them out!
Tickets are selling for AUD10 but only AUD 8 if you bought tickets to any other LMFF events.
