Shoreditch is a district in the East End of London. My lovely friend, Sarathira, thought I would love to visit this place so she brought me there. And boy did I fall in love. This place reminds me so much of Melbourne! The cafes, the people and just the whole vibe is so chill compared to central London where everyone is busy hustling around.
It was raining that day so we stayed indoors a lot. Not that I am complaining cause I did enjoy the interior decoration of each and every place that we went to :) In this set of pictures, we went to El Paso a quirky little cafe where we had Nachos and hot tea to warm ourselves up. We also went to a bar with a black and white photo booth and really cool wall graffiti as decoration. Speaking of graffiti, apparently Shoreditch is well known for it and almost every wall is covered with graffiti. There is a local tour that brings you around Shoreditch to look at all it's graffiti by famous graffiti artists.
More pictures coming up in Part 2 of my Shoreditch post.
Do pay this side of London a visit if you want to experience something less touristy :)
